Ordering process

Step 1: Choose category

In the top menu, choose one of the categories by clicking on it:
– Custom Clothing
– Hip protectors (under appropriate clothing)
– Supplements

Step 2: Choose an item, size and quantity

– Click on the item of your choice
– Then choose the correct size
– Choose the number (enter or use the arrows)
– Then click on: 'Add to shopping cart'

If you want to order multiple items, repeat steps 1 and 2.

Step 3: Shopping cart

– Click on the image of the shopping cart at the top right
– Then click on 'View shopping cart' and check your order
– Then click on the button 'Proceed to checkout'.

Step 4: Place order and pay (Checkout)

- Enter your information
- If the delivery address is different from the billing address, enter this as well.
- Choose the payment method and if you choose Ideal then select 'choose your bank'
- Finally, click on 'Place order and pay'.
- You will now be automatically forwarded to your bank to make the payment.
- If this has been done properly, you will automatically return to this webshop.

Step 5: Email confirmation

- You will receive a confirmation of your order within a few minutes.

To be on the safe side, also check your 'SPAM' box.
